ACTION PLAN
Your group should complete a preproduction action plan. This must include deadlines for filming and editing, locations, a contingency (backup plan) for backup ideas if your first idea can't be filmed, the equipment needed and how it would be made available or booked for your production.
You will be expected to start filming by Wednesday 17th December and your overall deadline is Thursday 15th January.

PERSONNEL LIST
Personnel List with individual roles and responsibilities of everyone contributing to your music video. This will include your actual group plus any extra contributors.
This list must include a list of all of your roles and contributions
(actor, camera operator, editor etc.) a brief summary of their main skills and experience, and any issues that would affect their availability (cost, work, distance to travel etc.)
One role everyone in the group will have is that of editor as each of you will be editing your own complete individual version of the music video.

When your group has decided on all filming locations, complete a location plan/risk assessment.
If your filming is during lesson time, then your locations must be within college grounds. If your locations are outside college, these sequences will have to be shot in your own time. You can borrow a camera from college for these filming locations but must have completed all your planning documents and present them to the teacher/technician first.
